I often see people walking, running or even boxing in the parks to keep their fitness levels and keep in shape. We are bombarded by TV a and press warnings about the obesity epidemic in this country. It is almost sad that a program devoted to weight loss is one of the highest rated shows on television. Well, this woman on an early morning walk has nothing to worry about. She looks in fine shape.
