Terrigal Sunrise

This colourful photograph from Terrigal was actually taken after sunrise, when the sun hid behind the clouds spraying its rays through the clouds. The foreground rocks you can see are at Skillion.

The Skillion

I seldom photograph landscapes with showing them in black and white. Today however I tried exactly that. So, here is the photograph of the Skillion at Terrigal photographed in HDR (three blended exposures) and converted to black and white.

Sandstone rocks and the ocean

Here is a postcard style landscape photograph of some sandstone rocks and the ocean. This photograph was taken at the base of Skillion at Terrigal in the morning sun.

I have created a new gallery with few new shots from Terrigal. These are mostly very moody ocean and rocky beach shots done during a very cloudy day.

The Skillion is a well known rock formation and a big tourist attraction at Terrigal. There are numerous images of this place published by various photographers. This image faces from the beach towards the bottom part of the Skillion during sunset.
