I have used a short burst of 4 photographs in a quick succession to capture this Asian girl’s run. Then I have selected the photo where she was totally air borne.

As I mentioned often before many people in Sydney utilise the lunch break to maintain their fitness level. Some go to health clubs and some simply go for a run. There are many places where the runners have plenty of space for their exercise. Hyde Park and the Domain are perfect examples as they offer wide paths away from automotive traffic and they are quite big. However, some runners simply run on the pedestrian lines in city streets and thus have to cross the road very frequently. It is unnecessary risk, especially if they do it on red lights as the girl running into the traffic on the photograph demonstrates.

I have captured these two young men having a run at a Terrigal beach just before sunset. My elevated position and the low, warm sun provided for a good perspective and excellent contrast.

Many people in Sydney take advantage of the nice weather during lunchtime and go for a run. I have photographed this athletic woman running near a park. I was lucky to photograph her totally airborne.

I have no idea what possessed this man to run in the fastest lane of Eddy Avenue. The traffic here is very unpredictable and cars come very fast from around the corner.
