I have taken this spectacular photograph during the recent Rosemount Sydney Fashion Festival. The runway set has not fully started yet and the house lights were off. The statuesque model was standing at the entry of the runway with red back light outlining her silhouette. She had a red translucent cloth gently floating behind her.
I was not sure I had the range to take the photograph and I was even less sure about the focus as the 1000s of the little lights creating the backdrop to this scene were confusing the focus system to extremes. I was glad to see the photograph has come through as intended.
