Cheyenne Tozzi - Lexus girl MG_4790

This is a long overdue post about the girls of the Sydney Motor Show. There is no motor show without glamorous girls. My favourite this year was Lexus model Cheyenne Tozzi. In a way it is not a surprise that Lexus was able to attract an internationally model to its stand. It seems they know how to attract attention and how to utilise glamour to lure the spectators.

Cheyenne Tozzi was a very accommodating model posing casually, and flirting with the lenses of few photographers. There is no question she is an accomplished model and posing was for her like a second nature.

Young men

I have photographed these two young men because there was something very theatrical in their poses. Even the hands do not clearly indicate if it is a hold or pushing away, keeping the viewer guessing.

Golden Retriever, Puppy Training

Anyone who follows my blog will by now know my new model - our new Golden Retriever puppy called Buttercup. At 10 weeks her modeling career is taking off with a big bark. However, this model is very level headed and realises not everyone makes it in the highly competitive modeling industry and thus she is not neglecting to learn skill which she may fall back to if Ford model agency does not sign her up soon.

PS. This is my first shot with my new Canon EF-S 10-22 F/3.5-4.5 ultra wide lens.

Another day at the Australian Fashion Week. Here are few scenes from the site.

Rose stealing the show with an impromptu entrance, posing for photographers and disappearing as quickly as she arrived.

Models do pose when you point a lens at them. This gorgeous blond model was more than happy to do so.

Some models are stunning, some are gorgeous but this model takes the CUTE prize.

What won’t the girls do for for fashion. Here are two models in warm coats at 30C.

I have taken this photograph few minutes before the sun set. The girl was sitting there in a very relaxed pose, passively observing me as I was taking her photos. She seemed to be interested but the strong sun prevented her from looking directly at me. She seemed to meditate or simply having a reminiscing moment.

I took 5 photographs of this beautiful Asian girl. However, it was not her beauty alone that attracted me to her. It was her deep, thoughtful look. You would be hard pressed to get the same look from a professional model. There was some understanding in her eyes for the photography. She was almost compelled to strike a pose which not only would be interesting but would also hold the thought for a long while. Thank you beautiful stranger.

so after a dramatic post something a lot easier to swallow.

After being called a coward by a well known photographer, Mr. Petteri Sulonen for using the telephoto lens I decided to try the other end of the focal length today.
