There used to be a band called The Turtles, which had a hit “Happy Together”. A bit of of over optimistic and simplistic lyrics went like this:
Imagine me and you, I do
I think about you day and night, it’s only right
To think about the girl you love and hold her tight
So happy together
Can you think of anything more appropriate to accompany the photograph of these two young people?
On a quite cold and grey day this brightly clad in orange costume girl certainly brought a smile. She was very enthusiastic about the photo opportunity. How could I refuse a snap?
I’ve spotted this couple, having a conversation while resting against the pillar of the Monorail. There was something touchy in the girl’s hand resting against the arm of her friend. She seem to be rather happy.
I have photographed Naomi near channel 7 studios. She was an obvious photographic choice due to her coordinated outfit and her happy behaviour. What was she doing? She had her headphones on, listening to music and dancing a routine right in front of me.
Oh, I have a question: Why do all girls think that they look horrible on photographs? Is it just to make us compliment them to the contrary? Well it worked on me. Naomi, you looked fantastic and I loved your dance steps.
This lady was visibly not happy. Sitting in the centre of the beautiful Darling Harbour she paid little attention to what was happening around her and was deeply submersed in her thoughts.
