I really enjoyed the music played by this trumpeter. It was loud, lively and really engaging. This young musician really knew how to play that trumpet. Thank you for few minutes of an excellent entertainment.
The Magical Crystal Ball
by Ted Szukalski |Here is a young man with a great skill. There is no question this magic must have taken countless hours to perfect but this young man can move both his hands around the magical crystal ball and the ball will stay suspended in one spot in space. Truly mesmerizing.
Calling you
by Ted Szukalski |
Every person I have tried to photograph today was busy on their mobile phone. Isn’t it strange that a generation ago a mobile phone was a sci-fi fantasy and now it is such a commonly used everyday item.
The rapidly advancing smart phones are also changing the the telecommunication device into a portable business, entertainment and information hub. Phones such as iPhone, Android and BlackBerry are still on an expensive side but I am sure the competition will bring these price down fairly soon.
Premiere of the movie Australia – red carpet photographs
by Ted Szukalski |Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman arrive for the world premiere of movie “Australia” at the George Street Greater Union Cinemas on November 18, 2008 in Sydney, Australia.
This red carpet photograph is a first of a large series of photos I took at the event. I will publish all of them over next few days once I tag all of them properly.
Pink
by Ted Szukalski |Pink performed her hit “So what” and “Funhouse” at Martin Place plaza, Sydney during her promotional tour. She is returning back to Australia next year for a proper tour. She seemed tired and by her own admission not being a morning person it took her a while to warm up to the crowd and the performance. However, once she started she gave a fantastic show and spend a considerable amount of time signing autographs.
Pink has absolutely filled in the Martin Place entertainment area. Visibly attracting more people then the organisers expected. The pedestrian traffic was virtually stopped. I got up at 5am to get a good spot but all I could manage is a remote corner place and having to photograph with my arms raised high in the air. Needless to say a lot of my photos from today were throwaways.
