Girl with red cello case

I thought the girl with the red cello case against the black wrought iron gate looked like some one from an art movie.

Praying Shadow

Praying Shadow MG_5651

Praying Shadow MG_5651

A group of people was admiring the work of a popular pavement artist. A sign on the side of the painting says he has so far spend 110 days on this particular creation.
What brought my attention to this scene was not his work, which I see often by the “praying shadow” cast onto his canvas.

Try and not notice a car like that. This Colourful Citroen was parked in the Pitt Street today attracting a lot of views and smiles.

Making a movie

Making a film

I notice more and more film makers in the streets of Sydney. These people are using entry level or high end professional cameras and are obviously very dedicated to their art. It is interesting that in a stark contrast to photography the average person in the crowd is totally oblivious to film makers but often question photographers. Does anyone know what YouTube is?
