I know this man. I spent some time in Sydney and used to chat to him quite a lot. His name is Jim. Really nice bloke (when sober). I have a few photo’s of him actually.

this is awsome . it made me think how simple life can be . since i’ve been living in brazil i have this kind of surprises quite often . it didin’t make me cry but surely made me think that life has other purposes … thanks

Beautiful photograph. It almost made me tear up, reading your blurb on how overjoyed he was that he had new boots. It really shows that millions of people take things for granted, and have their heads filled with thoughts of more money, that they forget the simple pleasures of life. Just getting a pair of boots, made this man happy! It’s beautiful.
