Canterbury, New Zealand _MG_6289

OK, so the secret is out. The gallery has not been updated for almost two weeks because I went to New Zealand and absolutely loved the country. We only had nine days there on the South Island and everyone of these days just confirmed the feeling from the previous day: this is a gem of a country to visit.

I have shortlisted close to 200 photographs that will make up the New Zealand gallery. I’ll try to post them as soon as it is possible.

My excitement vanished very quickly when I realised this was Golden Slipper Barrier Draw. Yes, there were more people there for a horse race draw then for many really meaningful events or mini concerts.

Rainy day kiss

Today was a rainy day and I had my lunch under the cover of the Post Office building. A young couple had lunch standing in front of me. For desert they had a … kiss, and another … and another… and another.
