The bald man is coming MG_6465
This photograph of a balding man against a backdrop of a construction site with a sign “The bald man is coming!” is probably a very typical coincidence humour captured by street photographers.

Lunch in an alley MG_6535
One could be forgiven for thinking a scene like that would have been photographed somewhere in Europe in one of the older towns. It has all the attributes:
narrow street, small cafe with people having good time over lunch and to complete the scene a number of scooters parked near by. No it is not Italy, it is center of Sydney.
For some reason in last few days I have found quite a few places like that. This city is full of surprises.

Older Muslim Woman MG_6451
I have photographed this
older Muslim woman at the top end of Martin Place in Sydney. She was talking to someone, however a tree obscured that person thus I have only focused on her. Surrounded by the morning crowd of office workers is a typical suit attire she looked almost unaware of the morning rush hour.
Taking into account the amount of press devoted to the issue of Muslims in recent times this scene was somehow surreal. No one cared how she looked or dressed. No one paid any attention to her at all. This is Australia and I think there is a lot more tolerance in this society than we give ourself credit for.

Lorry - Bicycle Cabbie MG_6505
Looks like the tourist business is bit slow at the moment. Lorry, a bicycle cabbie was standing, waiting for a customer for well over an hour. I took a photograph of him while he was chatting to someone over the phone.
