This window is often used by homeless people for sleeping. It is located only meters away from a major railway station in the city – Wynyard. The scene like this is most frequent in early mornings or late night and seldom just after business hours like in this case. What is even more surprising is the fact that it is located within few steps from a shelter for homeless.
